HEADMASTER’S VISION
Cranbrook possesses a distinctive, and increasingly relevant, educational philosophy which reaches back to the School’s foundation; it is based upon integrity as well as the warm rigour of the great liberal tradition of education and includes both a love of cultural and co-curricular breadth and respect for individuality.
We are aiming to renew this wonderful school. This plan is to replicate the success of our Junior School redevelopment, providing continuity of experience across our campuses. We are seeking to promote the realisation of potential, and a recognition of each other’s individuality and value, and to work to ensure that the Cranbrook philosophy can continue to flourish throughout the years to come.

CRANBROOK BOARD ENDORSEMENT
At the core of this mission is our focus on delivering students with integrated programmes and teaching opportunities that strive for educational and pastoral excellence. These are critically formative years for our boys, and increasingly we find that programmes embedding a deep connection between the curricula, liberal arts, and also importantly fitness, have a resounding impact on improved academic and well-being outcomes. We are conscious of the need to support young students facing the contemporary challenges and opportunities of the digital generation, in every way we can.
We are also mindful that intelligent, eager young men will succeed when taught by outstanding teachers in any environment. In the journey to evolve our programmes to meet the needs of modern students, we at times, however, are challenged to implement to our full potential within our current campus infrastructure.
